The AGAT (Adventure Game Aptitude Test) is the world’s first standardized gaming exam. The goal was to figure out if anyone could still complete a 1980s adventure game, a genre infamous for its illogical and complex puzzles, without a walkthrough. We used actual college exam proctor software to make sure no one cheated.
